Patient history

  • A 35-year old woman
  • Born & live in Shahr-e-Rey.
  • Source of history : patient & her mother , reliable
  • Chief complaint : nausea, vomiting, & appetite loss .

Present illness

  • A 35-year old woman known case hypercoagulability state & using NOAC with history of anorexia & nausea & vomiting since 2 months ago ( 1400.7) .
  • Sudden onset
  • Vomiting: not related to meal time, every day, 3-4 times/day, even during night, not bloody
  • Weight loss
  • No abdominal pain& No history of blunt trauma
  • No bowel change habitation
