Patient history
- A 35-year old woman
- Born & live in Shahr-e-Rey.
- Source of history : patient & her mother , reliable
- Chief complaint : nausea, vomiting, & appetite loss .
Present illness
- A 35-year old woman known case hypercoagulability state & using NOAC with history of anorexia & nausea & vomiting since 2 months ago ( 1400.7) .
- Sudden onset
- Vomiting: not related to meal time, every day, 3-4 times/day, even during night, not bloody
- Weight loss
- No abdominal pain& No history of blunt trauma
- No bowel change habitation
